Wild Hare Antenatal offers a gentle, evidence‑informed programme designed to help you feel confident, connected, and ready for birth and early parenthood.

A warm, supportive 6‑week course designed to help you feel informed, confident and grounded as you prepare for birth and early parenthood. Each group is small, friendly and inclusive, with space for real questions and honest conversation.

 

What’s included:

 

20‑minute pre‑course call to get to know you and what matters most

 

6 × 2.5‑hour sessions covering labour, induction, when things get complicated, partner roles, comfort measures, decision‑making, the fourth trimester and early baby care

 

Optional 1:1 session for personalised support

 

Post‑birth reunion to reconnect and share your stories

 

You’ll leave with practical skills, evidence‑based knowledge and a sense of community — all held in a calm, welcoming space. Early Bird pricing is available for some upcoming courses; dates and availability are listed below.
