🐎 What Makes Our Trail Rides Different
At Anna’s Pennine Trail Rides, we believe in keeping things simple, flexible, and full of heart. You’ll find no waiting lists or mystery bookings here—just clear options and welcoming trails.
You choose the ride that suits you:
A private ride for just you and your horse
A relaxed outing with a friend or two
An open ride where others can book on too
You also decide how long you’d like to be out—anywhere from 2 to 4 hours depending on what feels right for you.
Once a date is booked, that ride is set. If there’s space, you’re welcome to join in. Whether you’re building confidence, exploring new ground, or simply fancy a good natter on horseback, there’s a ride waiting for you.

Mossi and Me Booking Terms
We keep things simple, safe, and fair — for you, for us, and for the horses. Here’s what you need to know before booking:
🐾 General Safety & Participation
All horses and riders must hold their own Public Liability Insurance.
Riders under 18 are welcome on group rides but must be accompanied by a riding adult.
All riders must wear a correctly fitted, up-to-standard riding hat while mounted.
A full disclaimer will be provided at the time of booking — please read it carefully.
🌙 Cancellation Policy (All Rides)
Whether you're joining a group ride or booking a private session, here’s how we handle changes:
✅ More than 7 days’ notice
Switch to a different group ride
Reschedule a private session
Request a credit note (valid for 6 months)
Or request a full refund
🔄 Between 48 hours and 7 days’ notice
We’ll offer a credit note or help you move to another ride
Refunds aren’t available during this window, as preparations will already be underway
If you can find someone to take your place, we’re happy to transfer the booking
❌ Less than 48 hours’ notice
The booking becomes non-refundable and non-transferable, unless we can fill your place
🔁 Transfers & Credit Notes
Credit notes are valid for 6 months from issue
If you need more time, just ask — we’re human
You can transfer your place to another rider up until the ride begins — just let us know so we can update safety and insurance details
🌧 If We Cancel
If we need to cancel (e.g. due to weather or safety concerns), you’ll be offered:
A rescheduled ride
A credit note
Or a full refund
