I'm Anna

I'm a mother of three, antenatal teacher, postnatal facilitator, and founder of Wild Hare Rising.

For over 17 years I've supported families through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood. Alongside that, I've spent much of my own life navigating change, balancing family, work, horses, grief, growth, and all the ordinary realities that come with being human.

I don't believe in fixing people. I believe most of us already carry the answers we need, but sometimes life gets noisy and it's hard to hear them.

My Journey

After my first child was born, I struggled with how disconnected and clinical parts of the postnatal system felt. It led me to retrain as an antenatal teacher so I could offer families something different.

Over the years I've found that some of life's biggest questions aren't answered by thinking harder. They're answered while walking, sitting quietly, spending time outdoors, or giving ourselves enough space to reflect.

Now I'm navigating a transition of my own. My children are building lives of their own, perimenopause has arrived, and I'm exploring who I am beyond the roles I've carried for decades.

Like many of the people I work with, I'm learning that change is rarely neat. It can be uncomfortable, uncertain, exciting and deeply meaningful, often all at the same time.
