Wild Hare Antenatal offers a gentle, evidence‑informed programme designed to support you as you navigate birth and early parenthood for a second or subsequent time — with space for your questions, your experience, and your growing family.

A warm, supportive 3‑week course designed to help you feel informed, confident and grounded as you prepare for birth and early parenthood. Each group is small, friendly and inclusive, with space for real questions and honest conversation.

 

What’s included:

 

20‑minute pre‑course call to get to know you and what matters most

 

3 x 2hr sessions 

  • Time to revisit your last birth and make sense of what you want this time
  • Up‑to‑date information on labour, birth, and feeding — without assuming you remember everything
  • Space to explore what’s changed in maternity care since your last baby
  • Gentle planning for life with a newborn and older children
  • Practical strategies for rest, recovery, and support in the early days
  • A small, steady group where your experience is valued and your questions are welcome

Life happens. If you miss a session, I’ll arrange a brief catch‑up so you don’t feel left behind. You’ll also receive the session summary and resources.

 

What happens after I book

You’ll receive a welcome email, a call to say hello, and all the details you need.

 

What happens after the birth

A postnatal follow‑up and continued support through your cohort WhatsApp group.

 

Can older children attend

These sessions run in the evening so parents can join without needing to bring older children along. Some topics we cover aren’t suitable for children, so the course is designed for adults only.
