Wild Hare Antenatal: Monthly Workshops

Wild Hare’s monthly workshops offer a calm, supportive space to explore the parts of pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood that often get overlooked. Each session focuses on a single theme — from identity and induction to complex birth, newborn sleep, partner skills, and birth planning — giving you time to slow down, reflect, and build confidence in a way that feels grounded and manageable.

These workshops are small‑group, emotionally intelligent, and rooted in evidence. They’re designed for anyone who wants clarity, reassurance, and practical tools without pressure or judgement. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating early parenthood, or processing a previous experience, each session offers space to breathe, ask questions, and feel more connected to yourself and your growing family.

Pricing - £30 per person

5th May
Identity & Motherhood

A steady, nurturing space for anyone in pregnancy or early parenthood who feels the quiet (or not‑so‑quiet) shift in who they are.

This workshop gives you time to pause, make sense of what’s changing, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that can get lost in the noise of early parenthood.

Together we explore identity, values, and the emotional landscape of becoming a parent — so you leave feeling more grounded, more yourself, and more able to meet this new chapter with clarity and compassion.

Understanding Induction

A clear, balanced session for first‑ and second‑time parents who want to understand why induction is offered and what it actually involves.

We look at the reasons induction might be suggested, the different methods used, and what each one feels like in real life.

You’ll leave with a grounded sense of your options, the questions that matter, and how to make decisions that feel right for you and your baby.

When Birth Gets More Complicated

A calm, supportive workshop for anyone feeling anxious about unexpected pathways or hoping for a different experience after a previous birth.

We explore what “more complicated” can look like in real life, the choices that still belong to you, and the ways you can stay grounded and informed even when plans change.

You’ll leave with clearer understanding, steadier confidence, and a sense of agency you can carry into whatever your birth journey holds.

A realistic, reassuring guide for anyone approaching birth or finding their feet in the first few weeks postpartum.

We explore what those early days often look and feel like in real life — the feeding, the sleep (or lack of it), the emotions, the identity shifts, and the practical rhythms that help you find your way.

You’ll leave with grounded expectations, simple tools that actually work, and a steadier sense of what’s normal as you and your baby learn each other.
