Helping Women Navigate Life’s Wild Transitions
I’m Anna—a mother of three, postnatal facilitator, antenatal teacher, and the founder of Wild Hare Rising. I believe caring deeply without rescuing, and inviting nature’s honest wisdom, creating the space you need to breathe, reflect and rise.
My Journey
After my first child was born, life shifted beneath me. The postnatal system felt alien and, at times, negative. I retrained as an antenatal teacher and discovered on muddy paths and woodland walks how movement in nature could turn anxious thoughts into clear next steps. Over 16 years, I’ve guided families through pregnancy, birth and early parenthood—always honouring your pace and your power.
Now in my 50s, I’m in transition again: my children are moving into their own lives, perimenopause has arrived, and I’m relearning who I am beyond my roles. This season reminds me daily how life’s wild shifts can be both daunting and deeply generative.
My Approach
Caring support that empowers rather than rescues
Evidence-informed coaching blended with intuitive conversation
Movement, stillness and countryside as non-judgmental guides
A steady presence to help you reconnect mind, body and heart
Ready to Rise?
